I'd recommend that you get some paper gasket material at any auto parts store and make it. Scissors, exacto knife (or utility knife), and a hole punch would do the trick.

Sam,

When I had my engine bay all apart last year, I needed one too. They are NLA. I first used some liquid gasket maker, but that didn't hold. Then, as Ron suggests, I went to my local Autozone and purchased a sheet of water pump gasket. It isn't paper, but some kind a blue fiber matt. I traced and cut the gasket and installed. Hasn't leaked a drop in a year and a half.

When I replaced mine, I used 'form-a-gasket' - the light grey stuff that recommended for waterpumps and thermostat housings, has held and worked for over 12 months now !

You just have to be very careful using the liquid stuff because if too much of it squishes down inside, it could easily block the passage way (which isn't that big to begin with).

My gasket set came with a crummy cork gasket that leaked, I used silicone and it's been fine ever since. Since it isn't very cold here, I considered just bypassing it all togeather, if I could find the early one with the seperate heater I would.
