Synchro Rings.
What is the normal life length of the Synchro Rings? I had my transmision rebuilt a year and a half ago and I'm already changing the 4th synchro ring. Is this normal?

That seems a little soon, but there could be other factors in it.
Do you rest your hand on the shifter when you drive even when you are not shifting?
The tenshioner spring that pushes the syncro ring could be worn out.
The syncro slider sleeve could be worn.
What is the gear oil that you are using in the trans.
