I decided since I can not remove the radiator to get leak fixed and check timing and replace belt this weekend like I planed I would do something else.
I decided why not do all the check and adjustments in the studant workbook for the Weber 32 ADFA. I know I doing things out of order.
I did everything inthe book and when i started the car the RPM went to 3000 and climbing. I backed the fast idle screw and the throttle screw out and got car down to 1500 rpm. Any ideas where I messed up.
Also after putting carb back in I am not sure if I put some of the hoses back into the right places (or if they ever where in the right places). Damn PO
1. Where does the line for the Bowl Vapor Vent (as per haynes Manual Pg 198) go to?
2. Where does the line for the Fast idle conection go to? These 2 might be in wrong places.
3. Where does the line for the blow-by connection go. I do not think I ever saw a hose or anything on this. There are no more hoses that I can see.

Did you remove the carb to work on it or just leave it on the car. It does sound like a vacuum leak so check to see if maybe you missed an opening or if one of the hoses has a l hole in it. If you have the old fiber wrapped hoses the rubber gets brittle and cracks with out you even knowing. If you can find a weber tuning and rebuild book it will show you step by step how to fix just about anything you will encounter.
