Torque specifications

I need the torque spec's for the flywheel to crank and clutch assembly to flywheel for a '78 1800cc. 5 speed in case it makes a difference.

Clutch to flywheel: 22 ft-lb
Flywheel to crankshaft (10mm bolts): 61 ft-lb (though the shop manual says 105 ft-lb for the 12mm bolts)
