I decided to figure out why my oil pressure light was always staying on even though the gauge syas everything was good. I pilled the wire like Socal Mark suggested in another posting and the light stayed on. I looked at the wiring diagram and relized the wire was the wire was the wrong color (blue not grey and yellow) but the wire going to the idle solenoid was grey and yellow and not the color it was suspose to be (I think grey/pink). So i put the grey/yellow wire on the oil light switch and 2 seconds after I started the engine the light went out. Cool. Of course right after I figured that out the ign ition switch decided it did not want to turn on the accessories. I took it out and cleaned connectors. It works now except the top cap the goes over the switch does not want to stay on and top and key part keeps falling off.
Now I have to figure out what happened to the correct wire for the idle solenoid and what the bark blue wire is suspose to go to. FUN FUN FUN.
