why were the tires squealing?
low on air?
Is there any sign of water in the oil?
What was the condition of the cooling system? New coolant? Clear water?

Your head gasket may have torn or broken down and allowed a coolant dilivery hole to accept oil from a lubrication hole. Your will have to pull the head to find out. It is really not to bad of a job just get a good new head gasket and torque it properly, check mx manual, and hope that your head is not warped from a previous serious overheat.
