Windows don't align

I have found after putting the top back on that the leading chrome edge of the rear 1/4 window and the leading edge of the door window do not line up properly. The door will close without the glass hitting the chrome, but they are still out of line.(vertically) The door is well aligned and spaced to the body, and its window is tight and firm in the frame. Can the roof be adjusted or what ?? It is the first thing you notice when the top is up... Ugh !

The front bow can be adjusted forward and back where it attaches to the rest of the roof frame. The will lengthen or shorten the distance between the bow and the quarter windows. Mine was the same way when I installed the roof. Adjusting got it good, but not perfect. Check that the glass in the door is actually straight when it is all the way up, it can be adjusted also.

The holes for the chrome trim are slotted and can be adjusted a bit.

Um...Kevin1, how does one adjust that front bow ?????

There is two bolts on each side where the frt bow attaches to the top. The holes they go thru are slotted
