We just completed some work on this immaculate 500. New exhaust with ceramic coating as well as plating the valve cover.

Nice work as usual Mark. Do you do the ceramic coating in house or do you outsource it? I have a set of headers I just removed so I can have them ceramic coated. I'll have to blast the headers first, but If I send you a picture of the parts to be coated could you give me an estimate?

I outsource them, there is a local motorcycle exhaust mfg that does their own plating and I set up a deal with them. They are also doing the plating for Doug Thorley Headers.

Sweet! Wonder how many original 500 are left out there? Did you design the exhaust on this car? BTW, the ceramic coating Mark has applied to his "snake" headers is top shelf.

I don't know how many 500s are left but if you're in the San Francisco Bay Area on October 11, you will see plenty of Fiat 500s at the All Italian Car and Motorcycle Show in Alameda. In fact you'll see some of the most beautiful Fiats and Abarths anywhere, as well as, Alfas, Lancias, Maseratis and Ferraris of all types. This is no concours but a fun gathering for Italian vehicle enthusiasts. This is sponsored by the Alfa Romeo Association and benefits the Special Olympics. This shouldn't be missed.

Oh, and BTW, Mark, that is a great looking 500.
