Nice Night

Don't know how many of you get down here to Houston, TX much but it has a tendency of getting quite miserable and hot during the summers. Lately, I've been driving arround in my spider at night with the top down and working up a sweat doing it (OH I left myself open right there didn't I?). Anyway, last night after it rained the temp outside was perfect. After the wife and I got the kids to bed, I told her "I'm going for a drive". It was awesome. I drove some back TX roads, listened to the stereo, opened up the motor and just enjoyed the ride. Actually, I couldn't even tell you what song was playing because I was listining to the motor humm. I just had to share. This is my first real enjoyable ride in my spider. Soooooo cool!

I've been to Houston quite a bit. My brother and his family are in the League City area and I enjoy driving many of the back roads. (Admittedly, it was in my F100 or T-Bird when I drove down from Oregon.)

Oh memories... I grew up in Houston and agree the summers are miserable! You need to take that Fiat south and enjoy a nice ride down the coast.

takes a little elbow grease, a few sheckles, and some patience to make a nice riding Fiat. i think you finally got the combination down right, and just in time for the Houson weather to cooperate !!

Much the same here. Too hot to drive spiddy in the summer, but now the days are down to 30c you can't keep me out of it. And I still haven't seen another spider out here
