Found it and captured it on video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYd_hJpGCTQ

I'm seriously thinking of getting a new heater core now along with the hoses already on order.

Kinda hard to tell where the leak is coming from. I'd take the heater core to the radiator shop and let them test and clean it for you just to be safe. You may not have to replace it. I just had one recored and it cost $250.

I'm on my iPod so I don't know how to post a link, but performance fiat shows a German made core for $79.00. Others want $200. or more. I paid $75. For a used one.
