Will a 2000 radiator in an 1800

Can a 2000 radiator in an 1800 engine. My radiator (77 1800)has a leak and I know someone who can send me one out of a 2000.

it's wider, so it won't bolt right in. Can it be made to fit? well that depends on how much modification you are willing to do

Also, the fan from the 77 wont fit the later radiator without modifications. It doesnt just bolt up.

then there are the differences between two litre fan brackets. they look the same, but don't always match the individual radiator mounting tabs. fuel injected being different from carbureted.
