Hi Jim. I'm in Sooke (i.e. Victoria). We were up in Campbell River a couple of months back, and will probably head up there again this Fall to see friends on Quadra Island. I'd enjoy looking you up at that time, or if you are down in Victoria, I can meet up with you. I've spotted quite a few Spiders in Victoria, although I personally am in touch with only one owner. There is also a new forum member hails from Nanaimo if I recall correctly.

I read up on your introduction in another thread, but I'll welcome you to the forum here. It is extremely helpful and fun too!Great bunch of folks!

just noticed you signed up while i was away on holidays and wanted to say welcome. i'm in victoria with my '80 (carb'd) and just finishing up a rear end swap and some clean up necessary from the car sitting a while.

I too am in Victoria...and although my car hasn't arrived yet, I'm expecting my 85.5 Volumex to be here within 2 weeks.
