Looking into new headlights, right now I'm running two mismatched bulbs: a Philips brand one and a GE one. Do you guys recommend these Hella lights? http://www.international-auto.com/index ... sid=870527
As far as power upgrades go: I've did the brown wire surgery and as of yesterday installed the well praised GS headlight relay kit! Will post some pics tomorrow

I might change my headlights to these on my spider
Headlamp Classic
Headlamps with clear glass and three chrome spokes. Copy of the classic Lucas Tripod-mounted light that sat on many English cars 1945-1963. For H4 bulb (not included). Reflektorhus of aluminum.
Symmetrical light pattern. Mounts for the standard headlights.

I'm happy with a pair of these:

The Hella is superior to these knockoff lamps from India, but is three times the price. The Neolite lamps have a good symetrical beam pattern on Lo, and a wicked Hi beam (presuming you're getting 13v at the lamp).

Easy... go to Auto Zone... they have the regular 7" round lights for $9.95 and the halogens for $10.95... and they work great... why spend $$$ for lights that basically do the same job... and they are sealed headlights not the type with a socket... they are the 6024 type headlights...
Just installed a set last week on my car and they are excellent and they look period for the car not hyped up either.

Re GS headlight relay. Are these a kit? Who sells them? Thanks, JimmyG

Aren't some head lamps brighter than others? I want the ones everyone thinks I'm high beaming them.
