Abarth 500 in Road and Track

Pretty cool article in the Feb. R&T,about a European only race series for the Abarth 500.Sort of like aSpec Miata or 944 Cup for the new 500.The car is called a Trofeo Abarth 500.It is a turbocharged 4 running on 17x7 wheels and 205/50x17 tires.It sports190 hp w/220 lbs. of torque,and weighs only 2100 lbs.The author said it ''nips into corners like a cat chasing a mouse''.Sadly...no plans to bring them to the U.S.,but the road Abarth is going to be built in Mexico,alongside the standard Fiat 500.
