Its imported from USA, California. Does anyone here in the forum know anything about this car?

Hey . I know that car. I talked to that guy often, it was at least 8 years ago. This guy built 1/4 mile drag cars with his father. His father had just passed away when I met him and he had just fininshed this car. Didnt know much about the car himself though. It was for sale for alondg time for $3,500.00. He kept trying to get me to buy it. I test drove it, the brakes needed bleeding out badly and it didnt run that well. Everything was rebuilt but he had no idea on how to get it tuned, the interior was awesome in person, the color was awful. A flouresent yellow and it had a tail on the back that didnt look right on the car. I still have the bumper overriders off that car, he gave them to me, they were just rechromed too. along with the stock wheels and caps.I didnt care much for the wheels either, not to my taste, so i didnt offer him much since for me even though the paint was brand new and of good quaility it was going to need a paint job, wheels, brake bleeding and the carbs needed tuning. It was beautifully straight and shiny with a fresh motor and new chrome and again, a beautiful interior.

It looks like a beautiful car. They have just painted it again in the original colour!! There is a brand new Mohair cab, + a hardtop, new stainless exhaust, new windscreen, but 19000,- $ is a lot of money .
The seller is saying that this Spider is the fastest one in Norway .........I dont really believe him, think I will manage to follow him

The guy that had it, had it rebuilt completely stock as far as the engine at the time I saw it, it did have the twin carbs though.
