Well

The club has a few people running it now and thats cool cause it can be
a lot of work some times even at the smaller levels  we have talked about many good ideals as for how to setup runs a few guys like George and Ken talked about a night run during that crazy heat wave but it never happened .
Plans are in the making that i know of for a meeting to take place at a Car
Museum in Sylmar and from their go on a run plus i have talked to some
other guys from clubs about joining together for outings and events .

Thats about all i know for now it seems like a good ideal just needs to go
some where or i hope it does cause i'm like you i'd like to see something
going on for us Fiat owners over here every time i see Fiat Freak out or
FLU and other Clubs doing things all i can think of is we have 2 to 3 x the
number of Fiats here in Cali but no one drives them they just sit around .

I'm not sure what this means and i'm not excited just answering your
Questions and didn't mean to sound rude but you make me sound
like i am hiding something by this post ^ ...

I did tell many people about the Contest months ago so if you didn't
hear about it that's cause we haven't seen each other in months .
My plans for the 07 show are to attend but not bring a car it would be nice to have someone enter a Spider for our Club .

Hi guys,

I just discovered this thread. I had no idea it was going. As much as I would like to, I can't take part in the run after the show. Out of left field (and right also), the wife picked up tickets to The Who concert Sunday night. We're going with friends of hers (yeah). The car pooling part of it forces me to get home early. Now that my Coupe is 100%, I'm open to future drives. See you there. By the way, paid registration is way up. As of last week, 327 paid entrants.
Cheers,

Wow! Nice clean look, Rey. I especially like the grey undercoat in the wheel well. Probably shows less dirt than black undercoating -- not that you are going to get it dirty!!

Aw, c'mon. I was serious. Just about ready to go find me some grey undercoating.
Anyway, all the rest of the detail is superb. Keep it up!

I'm making plans to go to Grapevine for their show next year. The Spider Challenge sounds like a great idea. I'm hoping we can get some events scheduled here in the next few months

For those of you who may have missed the other thread about the BFI, Bob Dezzany and I had a wonderful visit while in LA. Seems like we did not have ample to time to visit with everyone, but it was great to put faces with the posts seen here at FS.com. Daniel, who I talked to early on about the Best Spider Challenge, thanks for your enthusiasm for the BSC. And even though your group will not be sending a car, it is great you can get behind the guy who did have his car selected. I know anything you can do to assist getting him and his car to Texas in Sept. would be appreciated. Maybe Mark and others can lend a hand with a small caravan. Who knows! What we are finding is that FIAT people have the same yearing: They are ready to do whatever it takes to draw attention to these great cars.
