missing relay

Hey all i am missing a relay in my 79 fiat spider 2000. In the book it says it is the horn relay but the horn works fine. Does anyone know what the missing relay does? The picture is linked here not sure how to post a pic on this site yet. http://www.fiatforum.com/spider/229231- ... ost2426357

You should have 4 spots and only three relays. The 4th one is the power window relay, which I am assuming you dont have.
