Then try to get onto the roof of the old Fiat factory (you'll recognize the test track from the Italian Job). Otherwise, just enjoy rambling the arcaded streets, having an espresso, eating good food. The whole are between Bra and Alba is the centre of the "Slow Food" movement. Excellent food and wine. For adventure, head west to the mountains (less than an hour) and climb the Monte Viso.
