I did enjoy the trip up island last Sunday. It was great to put faces to names.
Bruce was right when we pulled over to put the top up BEFORE the rain..sometimes age is a good thing :P
It was interesting to ride in Bruces spider, his stock springs and 195/ 55 15 tires took the bumps in the road softer? than my spider with the 205 50 15's and chopped IAP springs. I really liked the ride.
Jim's car is going to be a beut. There is a few little things to do..see pic.... before the car hits the road but Jim's on a mission and it will be done before long. Real interesting to see the "badge plant" in the back yard.
Looking forward over time to see a few others, going to see about a trip to Oregon if work will allow.

I forgot to mention, but on the way to the island I also stopped in and met with fatherG in Burnaby last Thursday. I had a set of springs and a flex disk for him and got to see his spider(s) there were 3 at the house. His is a nice green one and looks great, sorry no pics this time, he also had a 75 parts car and a 78 parked there. Had an Italian beer and a chat about cars and I was off to catch the ferry.
Hope Eugeno can be around on the May long weekend for a get together.
