1985 Ford Bronco

Post by jimincalif »

No Fiat content here, just looking for opinions. My in-laws own a full size 1985 Ford Bronco, they are the original owners. Southern California car always kept in a car port and had meticulous maintenance. I think it has about 160,000 miles. They are in the 80s now and don't need two vehicles, so are looking to sell it and are trying to figure out what it is worth. KBB and Edmunds don't go back that far. Appreciate any opinions. Thanks.

Very few 2 wheel drive broncos were ever produced and almost all of those were made for sale outside of the United States.

You sure its 2WD ? What engine?

This is NADA 4x4 listing for a 1985
original MSRP: $11,993
Low Retail Average Retail Value High Retail
Base Price $2,525 $4,550 $7,700
Options
351 V8 Engine $175 $300 $400
TOTAL PRICE $2,700 $4,850 $8,100

If its a 4WD maybe you can fix her up and come out on some good times at Moab!

Well, I've never looked at it myself to see, but my father-in-law says it is 2WD, that he ordered it that way. Don't know the engine, but they got it to tow an RV, so I would guess larger as opposed to smaller.

Thx.
