Although I am not Denise, those look to be the proper mount for DCOEs. Say good by to your brake booster...

Nice Croft part too.

Thanx Kmead, bought them a while ago cause they were on ebay and got no bids. Thought it would be a good part to throw on my shelf. I know things would have to be moved. Had no plans on an install, just thought to grab the part well it was there. denise has intrest here.

That's Guy Croft's "straight shot" DCOE manifold. That's the one manifold that puts the carbs closest to the head, so it may work in a spider engine bay.

Disregard the post in your other thread Rey. Yep, that's what I was talking about! You'd still have to remove the m/c and booster to use that sweet little setup.

What angle are you referring to? It's not apparent in the photo.

Since these particular carbs want to be roughly level (horizontal) and the manifold is what makes the transition from the engine to the carb. Every car mounts the engine at some angle. The 124 has one angle, the Scorpion another, if this is meant for a Scorpion then the carbs would be at the wrong angle for a Spider engine carb combo.

That would be a bummer on the one hand but possibly a good thing on the other as Scorpion parts can be a bit expensive but the market is quite a bit less...

MC=Monte Carlo=US market Scorpion.

Marks been busy pimpin parts, so I went down to his shop to drool over some of his offerings and get this thing squared away. My hearder is there right now to get repolished, to match my new intake. I tried to get him to just trade me straight across for a new one. So much nicer, a little more compact too. Way nicer flange, and it would give me a nicer bottom end. He wasnt having it though.
Beek,,, WRONG. But a good guess. Made sense, but luckily incorrect. This is a 124 piece.Set onto the head , the flange is square to the block. Are you getting this Denise?

Face is 90 degrees to the top of the block. I was told the scorp set up is off by 20 degrees from being 90.
