Hello all I'm looking at a 1980 spider next week and hoping if someone knows if a Dark Blue with Tan LEATHER was a factory color combo. The car is definitely repainted and I'm hoping it is same as factory. Also the car has a carb so I assume it will have the similar anemic performance of the 79 I drove last week?...

I just bought a very used 75 and the paint is dark blue... at least in the trunk. I like the colour. The seats and door panels were out so I can't comment on that. The carpet was a bright blue?
I believe the performance would be the same, However there are several simple bolt-ons that improve the performance. I believe several here have done it and are quite happy now.

My 80 FI is dark blue and originally had a tan vinyl interior.
http://www.spidercenter.com/ has a fiat paint color code chart. You can find the original color code under the cars trunk lid and match it with the chart.
