24 Hours of LeMons in a Fiat? YES!!!!
Re: 24 Hours of LeMons in a Fiat? YES!!!!
Man I wish I could be there too. That sounds like so much fun. I am thinking of another road trip event for many. Can you imagine a team of Fiats at the race? We could be our own little gang!

Are you doing the $500.00 car race or something different?

Hey guys! We have worked long and hard on this car, but any racecar, even a $500 one, takes a lot of prep work. I don't think any of us knew exactly what we were getting into when we had this crazy idea, but we've gotter done now and we're ready to roll! We will have a few obstacles others may not have, such as trying to fit people from 5' tall all the way to 6'4"....damn Englishman are big suckers...
It may not have been so bad, but we ran into a lot of bad luck along the way from having a faulty oil pump out of the box causing the motor to bind and through the aux shaft out of time to losing 2nd gear in the tranny to losing 80 lbs of sheet metal due to over indulging in the vacuum cleaner. Right now, Ron is fighting his generator on the big trailer, trying to get it to work, but that won't stop us because I have a nice new generator from my trailer just raring to go. We'll try to keep everyone posted, but I don't know how the internet connection will be in the middle of the race track, where we plan on blowing up our mattresses, throwing up tents and spending the entire weeekend camping out. Hope all these men don't snore, for God's sake!

Hey Beek. Ron doesn't even like Fiats so you won't find him here. We used to race against Andy but didn't know he had a younger brother. Our Pontiac was Rusty Wallace's Madonna.
