I just got some e-code headlights but with only 12.3 volts at the sockets when the car is running, they're not as bright as they should be. I have them on my Saabs with 14 volts at the sockets and they're great. I keep seeing references to a headlight relay modification to solve this problem but I can't find any info on it. Has anyone done this who can help me out?

Do a forum search for "brown wire fix"
Re: dim headlights.

Re: dim headlights.
