I think some of the usual vendors carry it.

Do anyone's new top kits come with the gaskets? Is this just an issue with Convertible Top Guys?

I don't know of any top mfgrs. that include any gaskets (or cables, either).

I recently purchased two top from tops on line. No gaskets were provided. I'm pretty sure that you have to buy your own. All the usual vendors carry them. George
