You're doing it in the garage where the spiders live: Spiders Nest Brewery.

HA. Love the Brewery idea... We thought about that here in RI because we saw an old building we admire finally come up for sale. problem was it was not in a commercial zone. But going a step further.... as the thought stream continues to wander..... We have a farm, what about growing HOPS??????. After much research. It costs about 12K per acre to get started, plus another 12-14K for a mechanized harvester (thinking how to set the Fiat up to turn the equipment..... just kidding) unless you can have alot of help picking the cones off the bines.....Anyhow a slow project. Started preping an acre to get rid of all of the weeds, thorns and other junk. Will do a small crop to start while I work out the harvesting issues. Any thoughts on variety/preferences for your brew. I'll be looking to sell wet as well as dried whole Hops. (pellitizing is another 15-20K)

It depends on how many beers you had lol... Now after we went through all this I believe we need at least a few samples
of this fantastic brew no matter what the name will end up being! I for one will love to see FIAT BEER that was spelled
with a Cap I (eye) this time around...
