wrt "fix the clock", long ago i spent what was a lot of money for me at the time to buy a clock that had been re-done with a glass lens.
I immediately stripped the setting gears on it. And the new bezel looked stupid anyway.
Imagine how pissed i was when i discovered that i could have bought the dash wood from a spider that didn't have an oil pressure gauge.
