Electrical power is both voltage and current. A specialist can clamp a tester on your alternator output cable (no connection necessary), and instantly read the number of amps (current) it is producing. You can have 13.7 volts, but I bet you don't have enough amps to run all of your accessories. Stop guessing and get it tested.

After ensuring good ground with everything I could find, testing alternator to body grounds, etc... no more dim red light. So I think I'm good. Thanks all!
