FYI I wrapped some 250 lb climbing rope 2x around my bumper on the side of my collapsed bumper shock and then around the back of my lawn tractor. Set the parking brake, chocked both rear wheels and pulled slowly forward with the tractor. Viola, popped out the shock, no more crooked bumper!
