1) Disconnect clutch cable from clutch yoke (at gearbox)
2) operate clutch pedal/cable. Resistance should be minimal. If there is a reasonable amount of resistance, straighten out cable and repeat.
3) if resistance permits, remove cable from pedal and lubricate with motorcycle chain lubricant or similar. Or replace cable with new item.
