Spidy, repainted the original color. Can tell by the unpainted inside trunk and engine compartment. Didn't check the tag.

Here's the funny thing. Its the color of the 72 I bought new all those years ago. Liked the color then, and now, its fine.

If I had my druthers I'd go dark green, just cuz its my favorite color. A tan interior would be nice too (and cooler). Not BRG of course, just dark green.

Like Karl said, the easiest way to tell is the front pulley. The engine on the right is a 1438, on the left is a 1756. The 1438 has an aluminum cover.
