There are ways to import a car from overseas. Not sure of the laws, and I'm sure it's a pain in the rear, but I've seen other non-US cars registered in the states. Of noteworthy example, there are at least a hand full of legit R33 and R34 Skyline GTRs in Miami...

That car has to be very,very gray market.I dont think you could register it in any state.They havent been crash tested or had emission certification for the U.S. yet.Good luck slipping tha one through the cracks!
