How to repair horn
I am looking for any advice on fixing my horn. It was working then just stopped. I have added some oil to no avail. I can hear it switch but no sound. Any ideas or solutions welcomed. Thanks in advance.

Re: How to repair horn
Hi, if you think it's the horn itself. I have a couple I'd sell you cheap.
If you really want a nice loud Italian air horn, check this one out. I have it and so does NJFiat1981. Ask him what he thinks of it. He put it on both his cars.
It's worth the money!

Re: How to repair horn
Air horns I assume, if you are adding oil??
You think you can hear the relay click, is that correct?? Get a test light and check to see if power getting to air pump when relay energized. Wear ear plugs. If no power to air pump fix relay/wiring. If power is getting to air pump and pump no pumping, you need new pump. If relay not clicking, contacts in horn pad may be bad.

Or I have a nice set of air horns that play La Cucaracha that a PO had installed on my car. You can have those cheap! VERRRRY loud.

Re: How to repair horn
Thanks everyone! I like my original horn when it's working.
Keith: I can hear the relay so I will check power to the air pump. Thanks
