Mark, how easy or difficult is it to change out the muffler on the '69 spider, anything I should know about before I make the attempt, any helpful hints

is the system stock? and are you replacing with another stock muff?

the stock muff will go up and over the axle. The hard part will be if the pipes are rusted together

Thanks, there looks like quite a bit of surface rust, but may be more than that at the joints. Doesn't look too promising.
