Windshield Washer Basin

Hello all, i have a 1981 spider and have a quick question about the windshield washer basin. I have the hard plastic in the front of the engine bay as shown in the picture below, but not have seen anyone else with this kind, only the bag type on the opposite side of the bay near the radiator overflow. Is this the original basin that comes stock, or is the bag?

My '80 has the same set up as yours and it's original. I think the bag was standard on older models.
