Anyone know about this particular Spider

I ran across a 1969 Fiat Spider , that needs a total restoration, with the following mods

Suspension and chassis by Bob Mello. Nothing is stock everything is re-engineered
Lancia Dedra rally motor. With Guy Croft 1800 head, hammerhead sump. Imported from Australia

Apparently this car was built for Chris Luomanen in the 90's? Maybe it got shown around and someone knows more about it. Wondering if this is a car that really deserves to be restored. Or whether it is so custom that it would be unreasonable to make it happen.
