Heater Pipe Grommet?

Heater Pipe Grommet?
Anyone know where to buy a replacement heater pipe grommet. It's the one where the two heater pipes go through at the firewall. The rubber on mine is dead. If not I'll just reuse the metal and sandwich it between two pieces of new rubber. Thx.
