radiator fan upgrade?
radiator fan upgrade?
Anyone try a new low profile electric fan that will cover more of the radiator? I don't see how the stock fan which has no shroud and covers maybe 1/3 of the radiator even works. Yes, it does but in my opinion, barely.

Re: radiator fan upgrade?
I'm running a bigger fan on my Lemons car that seems to do the trick. It's on a toggle switch instead of wired to the radiator but the car only overheated once....when the engine locked up.
As for the stock fan, I have never had a problem with it keeping the temp down on my 72 and I've run the dog poop out of that poor car on the autocross track. The fan has worked flawlessly and cooled the car down quickly.
