can i reuse the head bolts a second time on my fiat, head bolts are from vics auto for a 1974 spider

Hi everyone I just put inserts in my 1756 engine with new pistons and rings and now my ring gap is to large suppose to be top ring 0.30 -0.45 mm and now i have 0.64mm middle ring 0.20 - 0.35 mm and now 0.56 mm what can i do to correct this
