Hello Tom, and Welcome. Congratulations on your '69. Not too many of the older ones left. Tell us what you know about the cars maintenance history, and we'll give you some suggestions. Has the car undergone a state safety inspection, or a going-over by a competent mechanic?
Re: newbie
Welcome Tom! Nice car. You'll learn a lot tinkering with them and this is the place to get your advise and answers.
There are a lot of knowledgeable people here. I haven't met an unfriendly Fiat owner yet.

Thanks guys,,,,I had the car a month,,,,so far I figure the motor is a 1974 ,the hood looks to be from a 73 74???the metal plack on the fire wall shows as124 ,,car runs and drives, but the carb has a lot of things blocked off,,I wasnt in the market for antoher car but, seen it on cr list lady wanted 1,000 it wasnt running,,,I offered 700 ,and AAA towed it home,,I changed the plugs oil and filter,,sanded the points, she fired up I took her up the street came back drained the old gas,,nice they have a plug on the gas tank to drain, never seen that,,I had a lot of cars in my time,, Heres a couple more photos I havnt registered yet,Im going to register it with the antque plate, that plate was from my lincoln mk 8
