Greetings from NC

Post by scott1adams »

Looking forward to getting advice and help with my vehicle. I inherited a 1985 Fiat X 19 Bertone. It hasn't run in a few years and is missing a part of the front end. First priority is to replace the "air scoop" on the front end. Hopefully the forum can help identify the part so I can find one.

Cheers!

I live in Cornelius. The "Bert" (our nickname for the Bertone) is garages in Illinois. I am working on getting it down here.

Where in Illinois?

You have a number of Fiat friends in Chicagoland!

Where are you in NC? I know there are a lot of Fiat freaks there, and I know of a good Fiat shop in Matthews

Sports Car Authority is located at 1121 Industrial Drive in Matthews, NC. Run by the Baucoms. John Baucom was the 1996 SCCA E Production Champion in a Fiat Spider. In 2000 John was the Champion in both E Production and F Production in Fiat Spiders. I was at their place about 6 months ago, and the Spider racers were on their showroom floor. Obviously they know Fiats!

Well, there you go! I'm glad some other forum members know the place!

Barrington happens to be just a few miles from my house - if you need 'boots on the ground', just let me know!
