Deleting duplicate account

I have two accounts here, somehow. I can't seem to find a way to delete one. I have sent two PMs but they don't appear to be leaving my "outbox".
I would like to get rid of the "JoeFaz" account and keep my "SanRafaelFaz" account.
Is there a way I can do that myself? :?
