My son and I recently bought a 1981 2000, slowly working together on it. I had a 1972 850 twenty years ago and spent time with my Dad fixing it up. Now those memories are rushing back as I pass on the wonderful feeling driving down the road with the top down to him. I have got so much great information on this site I just want to thank everyone. We've named her the "Duece" not sure if it's because its the second one I've owned or that it looked like a pile of S@*T when we first bought it. We've got it inspected and street legal, now slowly fixing it up. Tearing up the rear suspension this weekend. Thanks for all the past and I am certain future help on her.
