Hi guys, new to the forum, and to Fiat's. I just bought a '71 850 spider with 1500 ORIGINAL miles. I didn't believe it myself until I saw the car in person. She is beautiful. Not even a hint of rust anywhere, and this is a MN car. It was kept in a heated garage for the last 40 years.
Beyond being new to Fiats, I have never owned an old car before so this should prove to be an adventure...
I look forward to asking you all for much needed advice as I learn to love the notorious quirks associated with these cars.

That is one beautiful car! I can't imagine driving it except in a parade or around a car show. It is almost a museum piece and every mile would seem to detract from the intrinsic value of still being "showroom new." But that's just my thoughts. I'd be looking for an 850 driver and keep this baby locked away tight (and highly insured!)
