New to the post, always wanted a spider back in college, could not afford one, but bought one in 2012 30 years later.
Oregon car now im looking for smog parts for this cool fiat.

The moderator here, Mark Allison, has a shop in Ontario, just east of you...
in that village of Los Angeles.
He would be my go-to guy to get you sorted to pass the smog requirements in the LA area. I have a head from a 79 here, but shipping to the States would be expensive.
Put an ad in the parts wanted section if you have not already done so. There are plenty of 79's that have been upgraded with bolt on parts from other years to improve performance, and the first things to get binned is the pollution crud found on the 79 and carb'd 80's cars.
