Horn Issues
So I am putting my interior back together and when I replaced the steering wheel the horn comes on, so I undid the bolt and the horn went off. I thank that I must have did something wrong when replacing the steering wheel. There is a plastic piece that goes on first then the wheel and then a washer and then the nut; is this correct? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
