Good day. My name is Ken Farrar. I have just purchased a 1978 Fiat Spider. I bought this car from my brother who beat me to the sale on Craiglist. He put in some minor repairs and made a few bucks off me. I know nothing about cars, but have always wanted a small antique coupe to rebuild. I was pretty worried about getting parts until I found this forum and a few web sites out there. I am hoping to to build this to a daily driver at least during the spring through fall. I figure if the top goes down that's how it should be driven. Anyway, I'm looking to make it a little hopped up, twin carbs, cams(?), and whatever I can get advice on. Honestly, buying this car makes me feel like a kid at Christmas with that new erector set, "The Possibilities!"
