(Don't mind Jim, he gets like this at times).

Well if you have a wiring diagram, start with the power to the switch and motor for the windows, and the fuse for the horn. Brad Artigue has schematics that you can download that will help you immensely!

The horn is pretty simple; remove it from the steering wheel and disconnect it. Ground the black wire. Do the horns blow? If so then bend the connector a little bit so it will strike metal when you push the button. If not then test for voltage at the horns themselves. If they don't have power then find the fuse or relay (or both) and test them. If they do have power and won't blow then you can either disassemble them and clean them out - they are pretty simple devices - or replace them.

The electric motors are located in the doors, and the doors are not sealed from the elements, so you're going to find the motor needs at least some cleaning and oiling and at most disassembly and cleaning. You can find replacements but they are incredibly expensive for what amounts to an inefficient old motor. For starters just test the leads and make sure you have good power to the motor, then clean the contacts and see if that helps.

If you have power motors and you have the original tools for the car then you can manually operate them - and turn the motor - by removing the circular "button" (about 1" in diameter) from the door and using the allen wrench that fits the socket to turn the motor. Sometimes this is all it takes to get it going, but you'll still need to get in there and clean it.

It is also easy to convert back to manual windows but the power ones are kinda neat to have.

There are wiring diagrams on my website: http://www.artigue.com/fiat

Good luck.
