wiper wiring needed

Hi gang,
I managed to melt the wiring harness for my wipers (left the harness loose during some paint work and the exhaust melted it). As a result I'm looking for the factory wiring harness ends -and- the harness from an old wiper motor. I'm putting in a 2004 Bosch unit from a BMW and hoping to factory-ize it.

If you've got a dead 6-wire motor and the associated wiring harness ends you can part with - thanks.
BTW: I'm looking for the 3 double-plug version (1980) and NOT the 5 wire modular single block...
