I have the back seat of my '82 stripped down so I can install a roll bar (Autopower), and I'm looking at the two black plastic drip pans for the convertible top. No problem, I'll just clean them out and away we go. Wait a minute,where the heck do these drain to? It sure looks to me like they just dump into the side frame rail... That can't be right. Right???

Yes, they dump into the inner rocker, which has drain holes.

Given the rust I see down there, I'm guessing these got plugged up a long time ago...

I have one that drains down thru a hole but also I notice under the wing window attached to the top that there a hose there, it is short but I am sure at one time it went someplace, I don't believe it went to the same hole as the other, I wonder where that went
